When you browse our products, you could choose the items you wish to inquiry by ticking the " INQUIRY" icons. And then click the "ADD TO INQUIRY FORM" icon on the right top and bottom corner of the page to add these items to "INQUIRY BASKET". If you need to add more items, please click "Back to Products Catalogue for More Items" icon to go back to continue your selection. When you finished, please click "Confirm" to Enquiry Checklist page. Then you can fill buyer's information and send your inquiry form.

2.How can I get the samples & catalogue?

Please contact us at frankdong@188.com for your sample & catalogue request. Normally, we need 15-20 days for making samples. Samples & catalogue are free, however, it would be highly appreciated if you can accept freight collect.

3. What’s your minimum order qty?

Normally our MOQ is 600pcs per item per colour and our minimum order amount is USD5000. If you can’t meet our MOQ requirement then the extra handling charge will be required.

4. What’s your production lead time?

We normally need 45-60 days for production. However, please contact us if in urgency.

5. What’s your term of payment?

We accept irrevocable L/C at sight or 20% deposit and 80% balance against fax copy of original B/L.

6. Do you accept OEM projects?

Yes we accept OEM, ODM projects

7. Where do you ship from?

We ship from SHANGHAI or NINGBO. So our price term is FOB SHANGHAI or FOB NINGBO.
